Cancellations

1. Can I cancel my current order?

• If you decide to cancel your order, there will be a 15% keep fee and the remainder will be returned to the customer.

2. Can I transfer my deposit to another item?

• You can, if the materials needed for your current order have not yet been ordered. If you would like to use the same materials, there are no issues with transferring deposits to a new order.

3. If I’ve already ordered and received my garment(s) can I exchange for another item?

• No, you may not. Since all garments are made to order and specific to the customer, it would be difficult to resell any item.
